若い世代のアスリート達、例えばオリンピックのスケボー競技において見受けられたシーン、ライバルの決めた技への鋭い観察眼、わずかの待ち時間で出す技を選択するスピードの速さと、そして、勝ちをもぎ取るための戦略決定、将にリスクテイキングを物ともしないアスリート魂と強さを証明したといえます。　For the younger generation, for example, during the Skateboard competition of the Olympics　Games, those scenes were revealed by athlete to prove his/her spirit and competitiveness; through a sharp observation of the skills executed by the rivals, a speedy winning strategy decision to select the skill to bring out in a minutes of waiting time, risk taking at the last moment to win. 個人としては、申し分のない能力を備えており、それがメダルをもたらしたことは明白です。そこで、このように、稀有の能力を秘めている若い世代の方々、周りの人々の活動を運営し、管理し、統治して、アスリートの枠を超えて、既存ビジネスのテコ入れ、新ビジネスのスタートアップ、あるいは、コロナ禍で浮き彫りとなった役所の立て直し、に挑戦しませんか？いきなり千人、万人に達する組織を切り盛りするにはウォーミングアップの時間が必要、さらに生まれつきの才能を磨き、新たに啓蒙すべき能力もあろうかと推察します。例えば、続々と挑戦して来る10代のスケボー初心者へのトレイナーとして、代表チームの監督として、チームを率いることから始めてもよいかと考えます。　As an individual, he/she has perfect ability and it is clear that it resulted in a medal. I guess that it takes time to warm up to handle an organization of sometimes reaching size of1,000 or 100,000 people suddenly, and that there will be the ability to polish your natural talents and enlighten them new. For example, as a trainer for a new teenage skateboard　beginners, as the coach of the national team, I think it’s a good idea to start by leading the team. 期待したいこと、私見ですが、身の回りで起きるおと、目の当たりにあること、友人たちから伝え聞いたこと、など多くを観察し、聞き取り、さらに分析し、それを活用する能力を開拓し、強化しすることです。スケートボード、また他競技のアスリートは、多くの方々は既に身に付けている能力に違いありません。手短には、それを、初心者の訓練にも活用することを考えるのです。さらに、ビジネスの現場では、異なる視点で回りを見回すことで、まったく、毛色の違う情報の存在に気が付くんです、更に、世界中から集まってくるのです。本当に、大挑戦ですが、Ｚ世代、あるは10代の若者の皆さんは生来の活力や感性の豊かさで十分に挑戦に勝利するのです。　What I want to expect, in my opinion, is to develop and strengthen the ability to observe, listen, analyze, and utilize many things, such as what happens around us, what is in sight, what is communicated with friends, etc. Skateboarding and athletes in other sports must be the abilities that many people already have acquired.
